Please enter the correct address. Should you enter the incorrect delivery details at the time of ordering we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct addres. Re-posting the item will be at your expense. The parcel will only be re-posted once the original parcel has been returned to us and we will seek your authorisation before re-sending the parcel and placing any addtional charges to your credit card. Should the original parcel not be returned to us we are under no obligation to replace the item.

For large items it is imperative that you have the correct postcode. Details regarding you delivery charge and estimated delivery times may be inaccurate should the postcode be incorrect. In the event that the acutal postcode differs from the postcode entered, any additonal charges may be added to your credit card. We will seek your authorisation before making any additional charges.
Gifts are delivered through Australia Post during office hours i.e. Monday to Friday generally 9am- 5pm. Please ensure that the address provided is the most appropriate destination for these hours.
We have provided you with an estimated time of delivery. While we make every effort to deliver by this date, all dates specified are estimates only.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not warrent cancellation of an order or compensation.
We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Prices of good and services, postage and handling fee, and other charges displayed on our website are current at the time of display. Prices are subject to change without notice.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by email us at and no later than 1 working day after placing your order. We will then let you know by email, that we have received your request to cancel your order. Agreement with you only comes into existence once we have confirmed you order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges. Any costs we incur as a result of the cancellation will be deducted from any refunds we make. This will be fully disclosed to you in a confirmation email.
