It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Little M Boutique if an order has not arrived. Once you have informed us, we will lodge an enquiry with Austraila Post. Australia Post search and processing times apply. We will not be held liable for any loss or damages resulting from late delivery. Non-delivery compensation will be passed onto Australia Post and is limited to the amount paid for the item purshased.
Item damaged during posting
If your gift has been damaged prior to receipt you need to take the item and any packaging to Australia Post and lodge a complaint. Ensure that your provide the registration number of the parcel and our details. By lodging a complaint you are starting the compensation process. Compensation will be issued by Australia Post. You must email us at within 7 days of receipt and provide the Australia Post complaint number.
We take great pride in our products and we hope you're delighted with your purchase from Little M Boutique. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you must return any non-sale items with an original receipt within 28 days of delivery of the parcel for a full refund (less postage costs). Items must be returned to Little M Boutique in original condition, unused and unopened, together with packaging and labels intact.
Please contact us before returning the item and we will provide you with an authorisation number. Please ensure you write the authorisation number on the parcel. Returns without authorisation number will not be accepted.
We recommend that you register your pacel. If we do not receive the item we are unable to provide you with a refund.

At Little M Boutique we take great care in packaging and check every item before being dispatched. In the rare occurance that an item is faulty, please contact us . Please notify us of the faulty item within 7 days and we will give you an authorisation number. You must be return the item within 28 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact.
If we have inadvertently sent you the wrong item we will correct the error at our own cost. Please contact us by email should this occur.
The majority of our products are continually held in stock however from time to time, items will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will notify you immediately. We will give you an estimated delivery date and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternative product or back-order your item.
